Second, we have no products to sell.  Not a single one.  Our objective is contributing to your success, not generating product sales.  We  have product-centric partnerships in order to focus our technical skills and give us access to technologies and key industry resources in our partner organizations.

 

Third, we help companies transform business processes in order to create greater value.  We learn your business rules only to best help you find ways to break them.  The best ‘solution’ to a problem often begins with redefining the problem.  And opportunities to reduce costs or increase flexibility, simplicity or transparency are very often available in the absence of a problem.

No, which allows Axia to serve as an entirely independent, unbiased advocate on your behalf for any ERP related projects you undertake with a commercial vendor or their agent. 

 

The dramatic consolidation of commercial ERP vendors over the past few years carries important implications for existing and potential ERP customers.  Most ERP solutions now have new owners that own multiple solutions; and for many good reasons these new owners have a very different vision for the products they have acquired.

 

Axia has extensive ERP skills which include vendor selection, conference room pilots,  implementation planning, project  management, education and training, functional and technical specification, product development and user documentation.   Our twenty-five years of experience includes ten years managing manufacturing, distribution and supply chains, and 15 years with an international ERP vendor in consultancy and product management.
